Patina & Protect – I love the efficient use of the squeegee; not a typical metalworking tool, lol

We do the Double Dutch (Espresso, that is)

Custom Projects, Design

We would like to introduce you to our latest installation: Double Dutch Espresso in Harlem. Located at 2194 Frederick Douglass Blvd., this specialty coffee shop is unparalleled in the neighborhood.

The feel and décor of this sweet little coffee spot gives off a vintage vibe. Total Metal Resource has created a steel tube storefront that beautifully compliments the feel of the interior. Featuring bi-fold doors with a rusted patina, the storefront echoes the more modern look of the one we did for Chobani SoHo. The doors open up to the street for some fresh air on sunny spring days. The front door includes our signature TMR built-in lock set and a custom steel door handle, while the custom steel and glass transom over the storefront beautifully displays the Double Dutch logo and branding.

We plan to spend many lovely spring days enjoying Americanos and checking email in this lovely little shop. Interested in custom metal work for your storefront? Give us a call and we’ll help you out!

Congrats to our pals at Double Dutch Espresso on their arrival in Harlem!
